Returns and Refunds

General Information
Please read the product description carefully before placing your order. Please remember that monitor settings may affect the perception of colors and shades of the product.
If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
Products made to order
In accordance with the applicable regulations on distance contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU), products individually made to the customer's order (e.g., made to measure, with modifications to the material, color, or design) are not subject to return or withdrawal from the contract, as they are created according to the customer's specifications.
Return of standard products
In the case of products available in regular sale (not made to individual order), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To make a return:
  • You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • You must return the goods within the next 10 days.
  • The parcel must be returned using the same shipping method, i.e., international airmail with a tracking number.
    • Condition of Returned Items
    Returned items must be in undamaged condition, i.e.:
    • cannot be worn, used, washed, or damaged,
    • can only be tried on to the extent necessary to check fit,
    • must have original labels and markings.
    Products that do not meet the above conditions may be returned to the customer.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    Refund
    Refunds will be processed after receipt and positive verification of the returned goods.
    Funds will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order (PayPal or credit card).
    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our online store:

 

PayPal

Select "PayPal" as your payment method when placing your order. Once redirected to the PayPal website, log in to your account and confirm your payment. The order amount will be charged according to your PayPal account settings.

CARD PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. After placing your order, you will receive the necessary payment details. The transaction is carried out securely in accordance with the standards of payment operators.

BANK TRANSFER

You can pay for your order by traditional bank transfer to the seller's account. Transfer details will be sent after order confirmation.

Please enter your order number in the transfer title. Order processing begins after payment is credited to our account.

For the customer's convenience, payment can be divided into two parts:

  • 50% of the order value – prepayment required to begin order processing;

  • The remaining 50% of the order value – payable after production is completed, before shipping the finished product.

  • All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the store's website.

  • Orders are processed after payment is received.

  • Any bank fees or payment operator commissions are borne by the Seller. buyer.
