REGULATIONS OF THE ILNOMESTYLE.COM ONLINE STORE
1. Information about the Seller and contact
1.1. The online store operating at www.ilnomestyle.com is operated by:

2. General Provisions
2.1. These Regulations define the rules for concluding distance sales agreements via the online store www.ilnomestyle.com.
2.2. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Regulations and consent to all their provisions.
2.3. The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Store.
2.4. Payment for the order is made by bank transfer, in accordance with the information provided in the "Payment Methods" section on the website.
3. Product Information
3.1. The Store presents information about products, including their name, images, descriptions, available variants, sizes, and unit price.
3.2. The information presented on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
4. Placing Orders
4.1. The customer may place orders for products available on the website.
4.2. Products are made to individual order. The customer provides their dimensions according to the instructions available at: https://www.ilnomestyle.com/our-story.
5. Delivery and Order Fulfillment
5.1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and abroad by courier companies under the conditions specified in the "Delivery and its terms" section.
5.2. Production time is 14 to 16 business days from receipt of payment and provision of complete data for processing.
5.3. Delivery time is 3 to 6 business days from the moment the order is completed.
5.4. The customer has the right to check the conformity, quality, and completeness of the received goods, as well as to try them on.
5.5. Receipt of the goods by the customer constitutes confirmation of their delivery.
5.6. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees to the carriers' terms and conditions available on their websites.
6. Complaints and Returns
6.1. Products made to individual orders are not returnable (in accordance with Article 38, Section 3 of the Consumer Rights Act).
6.1.1. If the product does not meet the dimensions provided by the Customer, corrections can be made at the Customer's expense, including delivery costs.
6.2. The Seller is liable for defects in goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code (Articles 556–576).

6.5. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days of its receipt. Failure to respond within this period will constitute acceptance of the complaint.
7. Extrajudicial dispute resolution methods
7.1. The consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including:

contacting the municipal/district consumer ombudsman,

mediation before the provincial inspectorate of the Trade Inspection,

permanent consumer arbitration court.

7.3. The customer may also use the EU ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Provisions for entrepreneurs
8.1. This section applies only to Customers who are not consumers.
8.2. The Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract with the entrepreneur within 14 days without giving any reason.
8.3. The Seller may require prepayment regardless of the chosen payment method.
8.4. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
8.5. The Customer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt and, if necessary, prepare a damage report.
8.6. The Seller's liability to the entrepreneur under the warranty is excluded.
8.7. The Seller may terminate the contract for the provision of electronic services with immediate effect.
8.8. The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the order, up to a maximum of PLN 1,000.
8.9. All disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Agreements are concluded in Polish.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, such as changes in legal provisions or payment and delivery methods.
9.3. The Customer will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions 14 days before they come into effect.
9.4. Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect contracts concluded before their introduction.
9.5. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
